The Meble Wójcik brand only offers ready-made solutions in the form of systems or individual furniture pieces. Units are available only in the specifications shown in the catalogue or on the website and it is not possible to fill individual orders.
The time taken to fill an order is maximum 4 weeks from the date the order is placed by a partner store.
The manufacturer has a maximum of 4 weeks to resolve complaints submitted by the store. The deciding date is the date of submission of the complaint by the partner store, not by the individual Customer. Please agree on all details pertaining to the complaint with the store, in which you made the purchase.
If the damage occurred through the fault of the user, there is a possibility of placing an additional order for a particular element, at the Customer’s expense. For more information please enquire at the store, in which the purchase was made.
The furniture of the Meble Wójcik brand is sold only in packages that need self-assembly. Some of the partner stores offer furniture assembly services - for more information please contact the store directly.
